Tracked 2-3 days - When ordering any of our flagship products or ordering multiples, we suggest our fastest fully tracked and secured service to get your kit in your hands in 2-3 business days.

Please note that delivery to non-UK mainland addresses may be slightly longer.

Royal Mail International standard - Fantastic value and with you in 3-8 working days, anywhere in the EU. This is not a tracked service.

Royal Mail International Fast-Track - We know that sometimes you need your new kit ASAP so you can bring the Hard Yards. This 3-5 business day service is fully tracked.

Royal Mail USA International Standard - Our best value shipping option to the USA! It takes 7-10 business days. This is not a tracked service.

Royal Mail Zone USA International Tracked & Signed - A faster option to the States; your new kit will be with you in 6-7 business days. This is a fully tracked service and requires a signature on delivery.

DHL Express Service USA - Our lightning speed delivery, for when you need your new kit ASAP! 2-3 Business days with DHL, fully tracked all the way and requires a signature on delivery.

Timescales - Please note that all delivery timescales are provided by the carriers and may be subject to change however we will endeavour to keep this page as up to date as possible.

Insurance - All deliveries are insured by the carrier.

PO Boxes - We cannot at this time deliver to PO Boxes, or on Sundays.

Local Import Duties + Taxes - Please note that for all orders to the EU or Rest of the World, Import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority. It is the customers responsibility to cover the costs of any local import duties and taxes. If the the customer decides to not accept the shipped order on grounds of any local duties or taxes that may be applied by the local courier, Hard Yards will arrange for return of all goods and will deduct any return shipping costs incurred + any free shipping costs applied to the original order from the refunded amount returned to the customer. For deliveries it is a Legal requirement to declare full transaction value.


Our Packaging.

We are committed to using only recycled 100% FSC card stocks for our packaging that is either fully recyclable or compostable for your piece of mind.

wE’RE GETTING NAKED!

As we continue to find ways to reduce our environmental impact whilst making your HY experience even better, we are now adding a GET NAKED packaging option to the checkout!

While we love the branded Hard Yards experience that our bold and beautiful, fully recyclable packaging delivers for you guys, we’re conscious that it is ultimately something that will be thrown away (hopefully in the recycling!). With this in mind, we are asking you to GET NAKED with us and help us reduce our footprint even further, while still giving you a phenomenal HY experience.

Simply put, our GET NAKED packaging uses only the minimum essential packaging necessary to safely get your kit to you in the post.

If you choose to GET NAKED:

1. All single item orders will be shipped in our fully branded packaging (eg, x1 365 sock).

2. Multi-product orders which have 1 item across different products (eg, x1 365 sock + x1 sweatband), will be shipped in our fully branded packaging.

3. Any orders which contain a 2nd, 3rd, 4th or more of the same item will be shipped in the minimum essential packaging to keep them safe on their travels to you helping to reduce our ecological footprint. For example, an order of x4 365 socks + x2 sweatbands would have x1 365 sock + x1 sweatband in fully branded packaging, the remainder will GET NAKED and will be hand-wrapped in light tissue paper.


Returns, no problem.

We give you 30 full days from receipt of any order to make a final decision. But if things don’t work out between you and your Hard Yards gear, it’s no trouble, we understand that sometimes the fit isn’t right, or you wished you’d picked a different colour.

To return an item, follow these 6 quick steps:

  1. Ensure your item and all of its packaging are in their original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that are not in their original condition or have been used or damaged.

  2. Send us an email to let us know you’d like to return some items at info@hard-yards.com. Include details such as the order number, which items, quantities, and any reasons for the return. If you are not 100% happy let us know what we can do to make things better for next time.

  3. We’ll get back to you ASAP to confirm receipt of your note. We’ll then let you know that we’re ready to receive your items and where to send them.

  4. Package your items up carefully and send them by your chosen courier. Please print out your original order confirmation that we sent you inside the returns package (if you can’t find it, let us know and we can help!)

  5. Please make sure that all the packaging + labels + information cards are included in the returns parcel.

  6. Please choose a fully tracked courier option for both our pieces of mind.

  7. We’ll let you know when we have received the return and it’ll take us a few days (up to 10 working days, but usually much less!) to process the return and refund. All refunded monies will be refunded to the account used to make the original payment.

If it’s an exchange you would like, please follow the above but let us know what you would like in exchange. The new exchange item will be sent on receipt of returned product, subject to stock availability at the time of receipt. Please allow 3–5 working days from receipt of returned order to receive your exchange.

Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to cover the costs of any postage or packaging for any returns or exchanges you request. We cannot accept returns that are not in their original condition or have been used or damaged. If the item is in a condition that would prohibit re-sale, we may reject it and return it to you.
